HMH Fusion takes the protection of your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what your rights are. It complies with Moroccan law no. 09-08 and with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data do we collect?
This site contains no form that stores your data.
The only thing measured automatically is page traffic, through Cloudflare Web Analytics, with no cookie and no browser fingerprint: we see page views and countries, never people. The detail is in section 7.
We only receive data if you contact us on your own initiative, by WhatsApp or email. In that case we receive only what you write to us: your name, your contact details and the content of your message.
3. The budget calculator
Your selections in the calculator are stored in your browser only (local storage), so you can find them again if you return to the page. They are never sent to us and never leave your device, unless you deliberately click "Send my estimate": your messaging app then opens with a pre-filled message that you remain free to send or not.
To erase this data, use the "Clear all" button or clear your browser's site data.
4. Purposes and legal basis
Replying to you: answering your quote or information request. Legal basis: your consent, given by contacting us.
Calculator local storage: ease of use. This is strictly functional storage, triggered by your own actions.
5. Who receives your data?
Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It is intended for HMH Fusion alone.
Depending on the channel you choose, your message travels through WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider, under their own terms.
6. How long do we keep it?
Exchanges relating to an enquiry are kept for as long as needed to handle that enquiry and any relationship arising from it, then for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact.
7. Audience measurement and cookies
This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or behavioural tracking scripts.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many visits the site receives and which pages are read. That tool uses no cookies and no browser fingerprinting: it cannot follow you from one site to another, nor identify you. That is why you are not asked for consent. The data is aggregated and anonymous; we cannot tie it back to a person.
Typefaces are hosted on our own server: no request is sent to Google Fonts or any other third-party service during your visit.
8. Your rights
Under law 09-08 and the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent at any time, and portability.
To exercise them, write to contact@hmhfusion.com. We reply within 30 days.
9. Supervisory authorities
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNDP in Morocco (cndp.ma) or the CNIL in France (cnil.fr).
